Empowering Faculty as Educator-Researchers and Innovators

Our University's quality and reputation begin with faculty who stretch academic boundaries and empower students in a supportive environment to develop their own innovative ideas with confidence.

Expanding our faculty and equipping professors to do what they do best – to develop both sides of the brain in our students through research discovery – are top priorities of our Campaign.

Brock is in the intensely competitive process of recruiting top-notch faculty to establish the next generation of distinguished teachers, scholars, researchers and scientists.

Our goal is to attract and retain faculty who are both exceptional teachers and productive researchers through the creation of six endowed research chairs. Critical investments will also be made in teaching and learning innovation and library resources to support our research University.

The Campaign will enhance research opportunities for our world-class scientists and professors and provide state-of-the-art research facilities necessary for Canada to become a leader in the global economy.
